Please note that you can only renew if you have an active maintenance contract.  If you do not have an active maintenance contract, you will need to upgrade instead.  Maintenance contracts allow you to avoid paying any upgrade charges and only require that you annually renew.  If your contract recently expired (within 3 months) you can still renew without paying any reinstatement fee.
